No Refunds on Digital Products
All Sew & Strut patterns, courses, and Leotard Vault content are digital products β the moment you buy, you get instant, permanent access to download and keep everything. Because of that, all sales are final and we don't offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. π
Before you check out, please make sure your purchase is right for you:
- Check your formats. Every pattern comes in A4, US Letter, and A0 layered β so you're covered whether you're printing at home or at a copy shop.
- Know what you're getting. Read the full product description and take a look at any preview images or free YouTube tutorials linked on the page.
- Reach out first. Got a question before buying? Message us β we'd genuinely rather help you choose the right thing than have you land on something that isn't the perfect fit.
Once your order goes through and those files are yours, we can't take them back β which is exactly why we don't do refunds.
Something not working? If a file won't download or you think there's an actual error in the pattern, that's a different story β email us at order.indiajean@gmail.com and we'll sort you out fast. We stand behind every product we make. π
